Can you get me tickets for an event that is not listed?

Yes, we can get you tickets to any event around the world. Please request the event you are looking for and we'll be happy to assist.

Why are listed ticket prices different from face value?

Ticket prices are set by our suppliers and are influenced by supply and demand for a particular event. Because of that, prices are subject to change without notice.

Will my seats be next to each other?

If you purchased a pair of tickets from us, they will be next to each other.

For how long can I reserve tickets?

The duration of your ticket reservation depends on the specific event but for most events we will be able to reserve your tickets for at least 48 hours without any obligations.

When will the tickets be delivered?

Many tickets can be delivered immediately upon payment. Some event organizers do not release tickets until the week of the event (e.g. many Premiership clubs) and in some instances pick-up might be required. We will advise you of the exact delivery terms of your event before your order is placed.

How will it cost me to have my tickets sent to me?

Shipping is usually included in the price of the ticket.

How can I track my shipment?

On the same day as your tickets are sent out to you we will send you the tracking number and the name of the shippers we have used.

If my event is cancelled, will I get a refund.

If your event is cancelled we will refund your purchase price less the cost of shipping.

What shipment services do you use?

We use only reliable shipment services such as Fedex, UPS, DHL, and others. Every shipment will be insured and the recipient will need to sign for the package upon delivery. The cost of shipment is included in the price of the tickets.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover through Paypal which gives you 100% protections as a buyer. If you prefer, we will also accept payment by bank transfer or check.

As a full service concierge, we can also assist you with travel arrangements to your event at no extra cost.
