3. When will the tickets be delivered?

A lot of tickets can be delivered immediately upon payment. Some event organizers do not release tickets until the week of the event (e.g. many Premiership clubs) and in some rare instances pick-up might be required. We can advise you of the exact delivery terms of your event is you contact us before placing the order.

4. What shipment services do you use?

We use only reliable shipment services such as Fedex, UPS, DHL, or personal courier. The recipient will need to sign for the package upon delivery.

5. Can you get me tickets for an event that is not listed?

Yes, we can get you tickets to any event around the world. Please request the event you are looking for and we'll be happy to assist.

6. Will my seats be next to each other?

If you purchase a pair of tickets from us, the seats will be next to each other. For larger groups please email us at and we'll let you know about all options.

7. Why are listed ticket prices different from face value?

Ticket prices are set by our suppliers and are influenced by supply and demand for a particular event. Because of that, prices are subject to change without notice.

8. If my event is cancelled, will I get a refund.

If your event is cancelled we will refund your purchase price less the cost of shipping.

9. How will it cost me to have my tickets sent to me?

For all European Football tickets, delivery is included in the price of the ticket. For all other events, shipping price depends on the shipping option that you chose.
